- Check tire pressure, brakes and light before each ride
- A helmet is a No-Negotiation gear! Additionally, depending on the weather and conditions, use googles, hand gloves and other safety gears.
Coordination

- Ensure a well-balanced posture at all times
- A Good hand-eye coordination helps in controlling the vehicle’s speed, direction and braking
- Foot-eye coordination allows to properly shift gears, brakes & accelerators
Cognitive Coordination
- Assess potential risks and adjusts your ride accordingly
- Be aware of your surroundings and traffic
- Make prudent decisions while navigating through intersections or avoiding hazards like road bumps, sudden breaks, navigating through thick traffic

Also known as one-wheeling or stunt riding, it is a thrilling yet hazardous activity that unfortunately many teenagers and young adults indulge in especially in Karachi. It involves riding your bike on one wheel- front or rear. The metro cities of the country with its heavy traffic and congested roads makes this stunt even more dangerous with many bikers facing serious accidents and even fatalities.

For Motorcyclist safety they should:
- Wear a helmet: It’s mandatory for motorcyclists to wear helmets.
- Follow traffic rules: Obey traffic signals, signs, and markings.
- Maintain a safe speed: Ride at a safe speed, especially in urban areas.
- Use headlights: Switch on headlights in low-light conditions or when riding in foggy or rainy weather.
- Avoid overtaking: Refrain from overtaking other vehicles, especially in narrow roads or intersections.
